Approval and commencement certifications are obtained separately from the relevant authority for each phase of the project.

The agreement for sale, allotment letter, and conveyance deed are to be signed with the consumers.
The location of the project with a clear boundary of land for the project.
Details of open spaces such as terraces and balconies.
Number, Type and Carpet Areas of Units to be sold to the buyers.
Details of allied engineers, contractors, architects and intermediaries in the project.
A statement that the project land has been certified and verified and the developer has a legal title to it.
Written notice that the project will be completed within a specified period and 70% of the funds received from customers will be credited to the dedicated escrow account, and this amount can only be used for a specific project.
