Arvind SmartSpaces, a listed real estate company, has successfully sold over 220 residential plots for more than ₹160 crore in their orchard-themed plotted development project, Arvind Orchards, located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. This marks the company's second plotted township in the city. The entire inventory released for sale in the first phase was sold out within 7 hours of the project's launch, indicating a strong demand from Bengaluru homebuyers.
Kamal Singal, the Managing Director and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, expressed delight at the overwhelming response from Bengaluru homebuyers, attributing it to the company's focus on designs that cater to the evolving preferences of customers. The project falls under HDFC Platform 2 and is strategically located near major economic hubs such as the Aerospace SEZ and KIADB IT Park, making Devanahalli an attractive residential plotting micro-market near the Bengaluru International Airport.

With approximately 75 million square feet of real estate development across the country, the company has established a strong presence in cities like Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, and Pune.
