Hyderabad's Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TS-RERA) has issued a request to developers and builders in the state, asking them to provide their quarterly and annual audit reports to the authority by the end of this month.
In accordance with the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) Act, every builder and promoter involved in a real estate project must submit their quarterly report on the RERA website via the promoter login, as specified in section 11(1)(b). Additionally, the annual audit reports must be uploaded on the website as mandated by provision 3 under section 4(2)(1)(D) each year.
The quarterly reports should be submitted on April 15th, July 15th, October 15th, and January 15th of each year, along with a submission within six months of the annual year-end. TS-RERA has already communicated with builders and promoters through messages, emails, and notices, urging them to prioritize the submission of these reports by the end of the month in accordance with RERA regulations.
