The Real Estate Regulatory Agency has freed a corrected set of rules that Dubai agents should follow. In addition, significant changes to how brokers can participate in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate have been made this year, including the historical alternative to cap the digit of agents who can be affected in a trade at one time.

Strict pre-approvals for effects marketing were another requirement. To ensure "all are familiar with these regulatory procedures; thus, ensuring that they conduct real estate transactions healthily and transparently," according to RERA, all of which are mentioned in the "Real Estate Brokerage Practice Guide" and the ways to practise it in Dubai.

And It is fully committed to all laws to avoid engaging in acts that are not permitted by this framework, which may include seeking legal action against businesses that violate them.

Ali Abdullah Al Ali, Director of the Real Estate Licensing Department at RERA, said that it provides real estate brokers with an integrated solution that enables them to comprehend the idea of practising in Dubai to the highest standards wholly and entirely.
