If a real estate agent is not listed with promoter registration on the TSRERA website, can he still sell on this project?

No. If the promoter does not include the name of the real estate agent at the time of registration, the promoter must include it and, subsequently, update it on the TSRERA website. Only then can the real estate agent work on the project.
