What is the difference between occupancy certificate (OC) and completion certificate (CC)?

The Occupancy Certificate is defined as the occupancy of an apartment/building that is residential, which includes civic infrastructure such as water, sanitation and electricity.

The Completion Certificate defines the project as completed and approved by the competent authority, certifying that the project has been developed in accordance with the approved plan, layout plan and specifications.
