The APCRDA, on Wednesday, took action against unauthorized real estate layouts in Nunna, Pathapadu, and Ambapuram near Vijayawada. These layouts were operating without the necessary permissions, according to the authority.
Commissioner Vivek Yadav instructed officials to demolish these unauthorized layouts, including the removal of survey stones and internal roads using excavators.
The unauthorized layouts were identified at survey numbers 279/3B, 536P, and 698 in Nunna, and survey numbers 362 and 366 in Pathapadu, as well as survey numbers 36/3 in Ambapuram.
Selling plots without APCRDA permission is considered a crime, and buyers may face financial losses and legal consequences. The commissioner emphasized that buyers should refrain from construction until proper permissions are obtained.
To ensure compliance, the APCRDA website offers details of authorized and unauthorized layouts, encouraging prospective buyers to verify the status of their potential investments.
