Brigade Group has announced a ₹1,500 crore investment in Kerala as part of its real estate expansion strategy, creating 12,000 job opportunities over the next five years. The company has submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) at the Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025, reinforcing its commitment to the state’s growth.

As part of its expansion, Brigade Group will establish its second World Trade Center (WTC) in Kerala, following the success of WTC Kochi. The group is also set to launch a premium residential project in Kochi and develop a luxury island resort in Vaikom, boosting Kerala’s real estate and tourism sectors. These projects are expected to be completed by 2030, with the Kerala government providing regulatory facilitation in compliance with applicable laws.
