CREDAI, The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, Warangal, will announce the 2nd edition of the property show, which takes place on Oct 15th and 16th in Hanamkonda.
E Prem Sagar Reddy, President-Elect, CREDAI, said, “The 2nd edition of the Warangal property show will serve the best opportunity for developers to know the best real estate properties in the tri-cities that includes Apartments, Villas, Plots, and Commercial Spaces.
Warangal, a rapidly growing Futuristic Hub and an epicenter for development and transformation, has been identified as a UNESCO Global Network of Learning city.
It is recognized as one of the 13 smart cities for fast-track development and transformation. The government has anticipated several tasks like the construction of 40km of roads, the development of lakefronts, Green Urbanization, innovative central districts, and so on”.
Adding to this, Shri. Satyanarayana Reddy, President of CREDAI Warangal, said, “The real estate industry has made remarkable strides since the formation of Telangana. Warangal city currently has 84 ongoing projects, and the cost of the projects is up to Rs. 2,860 crores”.
