CREDAI Announces the North Hyderabad Property Show

The 12th Hyderabad Property Show for North Hyderabad, according to the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), will take place on November 5 and 6 at the Auspicious Convention Centre in Kompally.

The northern portion of the capital city, which is typically known for the warehouses of e-commerce giants like Amazon and Flipkart and also houses Genome Valley and other communities, will be the focus of the maiden edition of the property exhibition. According to Hyderabad chapter president P. Ramakrishna Rao, "We have decided to bring the focus on this rising hub for growth in the city and look forward to a great response to this initiative."

In a news conference with other office holders, including general secretary V. Rajashekar Reddy, Mr. Rao stated that the best projects from the Balanagar, Kompally, Shamirpet, Medchal, Alwal, Kompally etc. areas, including apartment buildings, villas, plots, and commercial spaces, will be on display during the event.

This was done in light of the city's overall development, the growth of industry, and the demand for residential and commercial real estate in the northern half. The best and most reliable local real estate developments will be the highlight of the property display, according to the source.

According to Mr. Reddy, the government implemented the GRID (Growth in Dispersion) policy to develop industrial corridors with incentives, notably in the eastern and northern sectors, to prevent uneven growth and overcrowding in one area of the city infrastructure.
