DLF, one of India’s leading real estate companies, has announced a major investment of ₹8,000 crore in an ultra-luxury residential project called "The Dahlias" in Gurugram. Spread over 17 acres at DLF 5, this project will feature around 420 high-end apartments, each beginning at a spacious 10,300 square feet. The Dahlias is DLF's second ultra-luxury venture following the success of "The Camellias."

The pre-launch, conducted last month after obtaining all necessary approvals, has already received strong interest from buyers. According to DLF’s Managing Director Ashok Tyagi, the project is projected to generate around ₹26,000 crore in revenue, with apartment prices at approximately ₹1 lakh per square foot. Construction costs are high, estimated at ₹18,000 per square foot, due to luxury amenities, including an artificial lake and a 4 lakh square-foot clubhouse.

Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director of DLF Home Developers, shared that The Dahlias will offer an unparalleled lifestyle experience, positioning it as one of the world’s most elite luxury residences. The project is expected to surpass The Camellias in exclusivity, which has recently seen resale prices exceeding ₹100 crore per apartment.

The Dahlias is part of DLF’s strategy to achieve its sales target of ₹17,000 crore this fiscal year, backed by a strong pipeline of launches in Mumbai and Goa. This move strengthens DLF's position in the ultra-luxury real estate market, catering to India’s growing demand for premium housing.
