According to a regulatory filing made on August 25, the company confirmed that the sale covered a total area of around 1.20 million square feet, reflecting the strong demand for residential projects in the city. The project, named Godrej Regal Pavilion, is located in Rajendra Nagar, one of the city’s fastest-developing localities. Launched in August 2025, this project represents Godrej Properties’ second major launch in Hyderabad in the same year, with both developments surpassing the ₹1,000 crore sales milestone.. At launch, the project witnessed an overwhelming response, with all 683 housing units being sold quickly, further reinforcing the strength of consumer demand in the region.
Godrej Regal Pavilion is designed as a large-scale residential development in South India, offering a developable potential of approximately 4.14 million square feet.
