The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) will hold an auction for 38 vacant properties that are situated on the city's outskirts. On January 18, there will be two sessions for the auction.

Depending on the locality, the authority has set varying upset prices. The cost of the open plots in Nallagandla, a suburb of Hyderabad, is Rs. 1.50 lakh per square yard. Similar to this, the pricing for open plots in Serilingampally and Kokapet's Dargah Hussain Shahwali and Chandanagar are fixed at Rs. 1 lakh per square yard and Rs. 1.10 lakh per square yard, respectively.

The plots' sizes range. The majority of them, nevertheless, are more than 1000 square yards. The largest plot in Gandipet is in Puppalaguda and is 9,680 square yards. The upset price per square yard ranges from Rs 10,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh when it comes to bidding. The price per square yard for open plots in Nallagandla, a suburb of Hyderabad, has been set by the government at Rs 1.5 lakh. For land in Isnapur, the lowest upset price of Rs 10,000 was established.

The pre-bid meeting for Rangareddy is slated to take place on January 4, 2023, while it will be held on January 5 for Sangareddy. The gathering for Medchal-Malkajgiri enthusiasts will take place on January 6.

There is a Rs. 1180 registration fee for each plot that is up for grabs in the e-auction of plots in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority's jurisdiction. In addition to being free of lawsuits, every plot has good road access. There would be access to all necessities including drinking water, underground sewage, etc.
