According to documents obtained by CRE Matrix, a leading real estate data analytics firm, these acquisitions collectively amount to an impressive Rs 127.58 crore. The transactions, spanning from 2017 to 2023, were formalized through conveyance deeds executed in March 2024.
Detailing the acquisitions, it was revealed that Kalra and his spouse Amrita Kalra secured a 7,430 square feet luxury apartment on June 15, 2023, with a final payment completed on December 16, 2023, at a staggering Rs 46.25 crore. Similarly, Den Networks' Manchanda and his wife Kavita Manchanda procured a sprawling 10,813 square feet residence for Rs 37.83 crore, with the transaction finalized in 2021. Meanwhile, entrepreneur Gurnani's family members also made significant investments, acquiring multiple residences within The Camellias.
The current prices at The Camellias underscore its position as one of the most prestigious addresses in the National Capital Region, with rates ranging from Rs 65,000 to over Rs 85,000 per square foot. Rentals within the complex start from Rs 10.5 lakh for unfurnished units, further solidifying its status as a haven for high-profile individuals seeking unparalleled luxury and comfort.
Recent high-profile transactions within The Camellias include Smiti Agarwal, a director at Wesbok Lifestyle, acquiring an apartment for a staggering Rs 95 crore in January 2024, and a resale in October 2023 fetching approximately Rs 114 crore for an 11,000 square feet unit. These transactions further highlight the allure and exclusivity of this prestigious residential development.
