Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, through its subsidiary Anthurium Developers Ltd, has acquired 8.2 acres of prime land in North Bengaluru to develop a ₹1000 crore residential project. The project, featuring mid-premium apartments, will be launched within the next nine months, adding approximately 0.9 million square feet of saleable area.
Located off the Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway, the land is close to Kempegowda International Airport and just 1.8 km from the upcoming Doddajala metro station, ensuring excellent connectivity. The development will cater to growing demand from tech professionals and urban homebuyers, positioning North Bengaluru as an emerging real estate hub.

With a ₹45,000 crore revenue target over the next five years, Mahindra Lifespaces is expanding aggressively in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru. The company aims to achieve pre-sales between ₹8,000 and ₹10,000 crore by FY28, reinforcing its leadership in India's real estate sector.
