The 12th edition of the Hyderabad Property Show, organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India-Hyderabad, focused on the city's north side. On Saturday, Labor Minister Ch. Malla Reddy opened the two-day show at the Auspicious Convention Centre in Kompally.
The location of north Hyderabad on NH-44, which connects Nagpur and Hyderabad, provides excellent road connectivity, and is thus its main advantage. Along with the MMTS link to Bolarum and Medchal, the area is also connected by rail to Mumbai, Nanded, and Shirdi.
According to CREDAI-Hyderabad president P. Ramakrishna Rao, the city will benefit from the proposed Regional Ring Road in addition to having good social infrastructure in the form of educational institutions, hospitals, cinemas, hotels, etc. In order to improve traffic flow in this area, where prices are relatively low compared to the western part, the National Highways Authority of India has also proposed to build three elevated corridors at the Suchitra/Dairy Farm junction, Cine Planet/Jeedimetla junction, and Kompally/Dhulapally junction, totaling 10 km in length.
On the first day of operations, attendees included Quthbullapur MLA K.P. Vivekananda, CREDAI-Telangana Chairman Ch. Ramchandra Reddy, and president D. Murali Krishna Reddy.
