In the extremely pricey region of Rayadurgam, even paying a staggering Rs 70 crore per acre, one cannot purchase even one acre of land. The Telangana government is entitled to 84 acres of land in this area, according to a decision by the Supreme Court. It has been contested over that land for five decades. After its repeal, the ULC Act was subject to new controversy. However, the Follow App, the records safeguarding of RDO Chandrakala, and Deputy Collector Tirupati Rao have come together. But it's unclear whether the government's top brass will submit to the real mafia. Even though they had no legal standing, they went to the high court and received rulings. Take a stand with such people, or give them another chance? It is up for discussion.

In order to implement the fact that the government had awarded Wali Ullah Hussaini a degree in 1958, he submitted an application to the RDO in 1965. In 1968, the Joint Collector who was in charge at the time revoked the rules of the Board of Revenue's applicability to this land. When an appeal was made in 1971, the Joint Collector upheld the decision. Ramulu, however, claimed that Vali had purchased the property in 1962 using a registered sale deed when he filed a lawsuit against Vali in the city civil court. In 1997, Ramulu's petition was denied. Aji Zallah Hussaini, Wali's son, also filed cases in the High Court when he went there. Serilingampally Tahsildar was given instructions to carry out Lingamayya's mutation.

The group of people have never paid attention to the land near Jubilee Hills. The government land for Mala Muthamma, Mallesham, the Nirudi family, and some others was registered under GPA in 1989. Following that, the Aparajit Housing Society and the Amaravati Co-Operation Housing Society were established. Few acres were bought from here until 1996. The government then added the registrations to the list of prohibited activities. 2005 saw the entry of Real Mafia. Burgapalli Sivaramakrishna, a producer, also borrowed money. Up until 2008, registrations were made by Singanamala Ramesh, Suresh Coproduction, Prashanthi Projects, Trecent Builders, Sri Durga Estate, T Ramesh, K Venkatagiri, Koduri Umadevi, Karuturi Advish, Umadevi, Bethina Satyavathy, Mallina Annapurna, Maddukuri Suryakantham, Atukuri Ramakrishna, Talluri Mama.

In addition to this, numerous agreements were made. Government property was dispersed. The recent road construction increased demand for acres, which led to sales through the notary.
