Sai D Prasad of Bharat Biotech International elected as Vice Chairman of CII Telangana for 2023-24
Civil engineer C Shekar Reddy, CMD of CSR Estates, elected Chairman of CII Telangana for 2023-24. Reddy brings three decades of experience in real estate and policy-making for the state and national sectors.
Throughout his professional journey, Reddy has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting sector reforms, addressing environmental and customer concerns, and spearheading social responsibility initiatives. Notably, he was instrumental in founding the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) and held the position of Vice President for 14 years before assuming the role of National President. Reddy's contributions in the areas of rainwater harvesting, recycling, and reuse of treated water have been extensive. He has been closely associated with CII-IGBC from its inception and has previously served as a board member of the National Skill Development Corporation.
Sai D Prasad the newly elected Vice Chairman of CII Telangana for 2023-24, is expected to bring his vast experience and leadership skills to the organization and contribute to the growth and development of the industry in the region, he has also contributed significantly to research and development in the fields of human genetics, cell biology, and molecular biology. His contributions to the development of Rotavac, Typbar, Jenvac, Covaxin, and other products have been significant. As the Executive Director of Bharat Biotech, he currently oversees technical operations and product services, including the manufacturing of drug substances, drug products, and engineering services.
