Table Space, a leading provider of managed office solutions, has significantly expanded its leasing portfolio, surpassing 2.5 million square feet across key metropolitan areas including Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
In Chennai, Table Space has strategically secured over 500,000 square feet at Mapletree Global Infocity Park and an additional 160,000 square feet with DLF, marking substantial acquisitions of Grade A properties. With these recent additions, the company bolsters its presence in Chennai, complementing its existing asset, KRC Commerzone in Porur.
Meanwhile, in Mumbai, the company has inked three Grade A leases, totaling 284,000 square feet across prominent locations such as Oberoi Commerz III in Goregaon, Runwal R-Square in Andheri, and Raheja Altimus in Worli. Anticipating further expansion, Table Space plans to add another 500,000 square feet within the city over the next 12 months, with recent acquisitions including 260,000 square feet at Building 4, Mindspace IT Park, and plans for an additional 250,000 square feet.
Eyeing growth opportunities in Hyderabad, Table Space aims to secure an additional 500,000 square feet within HITEC City and the financial district in the coming year.
In Bengaluru, the company has recently leased 55,000 square feet at UB City and 100,000 square feet at Café Coffee Day Square. Further augmenting its presence, Table Space plans to secure an additional 500,000 square feet in the Whitefield area.
