How can RERA help buyers if the project is delayed?

The proprietor/developer is responsible for the buyer's refund of the amount received from him in connection with the delay in handing over a flat/property as specified in the contract, including compensation equivalent to RBI's MCLR. Rate on customer payments + 2% on the money paid by the consumer.
