Yes. It is always safer and better to buy projects registered under RERA. With RERA, your rights as a buyer are protected from fraudulent behavior by unethical real estate developers. Homebuyers pay only for the RERA carpet area, and builders cannot charge for the super built-up area. We do not recommend buying a property that is not RERA registered.
